The product is a sterile 100 mM solution of an analogue of the ARCA cap structure as ammonium salt in water. The nucleotide has not less than 96% purity confirmed by HPLC, is tested for the presence of endo- and exonuclease activity and free of trace contaminating DNase and RNase, functionally tested in vitro in the transcription reaction.
