Description Guanosine-5'-triphosphate (GTP) is a chromatographically pure preparation (96-99% according to HPLC), free from impurities of endo-, exonucleases, ribonucleases, phosphatases, trace amounts of DNA and nucleotides.
The functional activity of ATP was tested in vitro in the transcription reaction.
100 mM ammonium salt solution in water (-w) or TE buffer (-te).
Composition of TE buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.5.
Applications:
Transcription in vitro.
RNA amplification.
Synthesis of small interfering and antisense RNA.
Transportation at ambient temperature is allowed.
NTP are stable for many years when stored at -20 °C in solutions with a neutral pH value, and can withstand repeated freezing and thawing.
