Mixtures of 2'-deoxynucleoside-5'-triphosphates
The products are an equimolar mixture of solutions of 2'-deoxyadenosine-5'-triphosphate (dATP), 2'-deoxyguanosine-5'-triphosphate (dGTP), 2'-deoxycytidine-5'-triphosphate (dCTP) and thymidine-5'-triphosphate (TTP) in the form of ammonium salts in water.
Each component of the mixture has been tested for the presence of endo- and exonuclease activity and is free from DNase and RNase impurities. The purity of each of the nucleotides according to HPLC is at least 98%.
The functional activity of the mixture has been confirmed by Real-time PCR.
