The kit contains 100 mM solutions of ATP, UTP, GTP, CTP in the form of ammonium salts in TE buffer.
Composition of TE buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.5.

Each nucleoside - 5' - triphosphate is supplied in a separate tube and is a chromatographically pure preparation (more than 98% according to HPLC), free from impurities of endo-, exonucleases, ribonucleases, phosphatases, trace amounts of DNA.
The functional activity of NTP was tested in vitro in the transcription reaction.

Applications:
  • In vitro transcription
  • RNA amplification
  • Synthesis of small interfering and antisense RNA
  • Synthesis of mRNA
  • Synthesis of guide RNA for genome editing

Storage conditions: -20°C.

NTPs are stable for many years when stored at -20°C in solutions with a neutral pH, and can withstand repeated freezing and thawing.
