Description The kit contains 100 mM solutions of ATP, UTP, GTP, CTP in the form of ammonium salts in TE buffer.
Composition of TE buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.5.
Each nucleoside - 5' - triphosphate is supplied in a separate tube and is a chromatographically pure preparation (more than 98% according to HPLC), free from impurities of endo-, exonucleases, ribonucleases, phosphatases, trace amounts of DNA.
The functional activity of NTP was tested in vitro in the transcription reaction.

Storage conditions: -20°C.
