Description Deoxynucleoside triphosphates (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dUTP) are used in molecular biology studies as substrates in DNA template synthesis reactions.
They are used in the amplification of DNA fragments, in DNA labeling, in sequencing reactions using dideoxy terminators and in a number of other cases.
They are obtained by chemical synthesis, based on 2'-deoxynucleoside-5'-monophosphates, purified using a multi-stage chromatographic process (IOC, RPC).
They are supplied as 100 mM solutions of ammonium salts in water or in TE buffer, both in sets of 4 dNTPs (including dUTP) and individually.
Composition of TE buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.5.
Storage and transportation conditions
- for long-term storage -20°С.
