5-methoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate (5-OMe-UTP)
5-Methoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate is incorporated into messenger RNA (mRNA) by T7 RNA polymerase. Incorporation of 5-methoxyuridine may reduce the immunogenicity of the resulting mRNA.

The product is a sterile 100 mM solution of 5-methoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate as an ammonium salt in water. The product has been tested for the presence of endo- and exonuclease activity and is free of DNase and RNase impurities. The nucleotide purity according to HPLC is at least 96%. Functional activity was confirmed in vitro in a transcription reaction.
