DNA marker 100bp DNA Ladder (500x2) is recommended as a standard for assessing the length and quantity of double-stranded DNA molecules ranging in size from 100 to 1000 bp in agarose gel.
The DNA marker was obtained by targeted hydrolysis of plasmid DNA. Lengths of DNA fragments: The DNA marker contains 10 DNA fragments of the following lengths (bp): 1000, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100. Fragment 500 bp. has a double concentration for easy identification of bands.
Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml.
Storage conditions: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 5 mM EDTA.
