DNA marker pBlueSK DNA/MspI Ladder is recommended as a standard for assessing the length and quantity of double-stranded DNA molecules from 24 to 710 bp. in acrylamide gel.

The DNA marker was obtained by hydrolysis of plasmid DNA with the restriction enzyme MspI and contains 13 DNA fragments of 24, 34, 57, 67, 110, 147, 157, 190, 242, 328, 404, 489 and 710 bp in length.

DNA marker concentration: 0.5 mg/ml.
