This Agreement for the processing of personal data of the Limited Liability Company
"BIOLABMIX" in relation to the processing of personal data was developed in pursuance of the requirements of paragraph 2 of part 1 of Art. 18.1 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
1. Terms used in this provision.
Operator - OOO "BIOLABMIX" (TIN 5408278957), 630090, Novosibirsk region, city of Novosibirsk, Engineering street, 28.
“User/visitor of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.
Buyer – a person making purchases at BIOLABMIX LLC.

Subject - any individuals who in one way or another provide personal data to BIOLABMIX LLC.

2. Joining to real Agreement and leaving your personal data Online www.biolabmix.ru and/or providing them to employees of BIOLABMIX LLC Subject:
- confirms that all data and information provided by him are complete, accurate and reliable;
- guarantees that the provision of data and information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legitimate rights and interests of third parties;
- confirms and acknowledges that he carefully read this Agreement and the conditions for the processing of personal data in full, the text of this Agreement and these conditions for the processing of personal data are clear and understandable;
- agrees to the processing by the Site of the personal data provided as part of the information in order to conclude this Agreement between it and BIOLABMIX LLC, as well as its subsequent execution;
- agrees with the terms of personal data processing;
- agrees to receive correspondence to the specified e-mail / postal address, making calls to the specified phone number, sending SMS messages to the specified phone number, to inform about the arrival of new goods, services, notification of ongoing promotions, events, discounts, their results, for implementation of correspondence surveys in order to study opinions about goods and services, trade organizations, etc. Processing of their personal data through the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, carried out using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without using such tools in order to organize the sending of special offers,
3. The user gives his consent to the processing of personal data, namely the performance of actions provided for in paragraph 3 of part 1 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" in the wording in force at the time of processing such personal data, and confirms that, by giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own will and in his own interest.
4. The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.
5. In this Agreement, the Parties understand personal data as any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).
Personal data includes, but is not limited to: full name,
Date and place of birth,
Address of registration and actual residence,
information about family, social, property status,
information about education, profession, information about the position held, information about military registration,
income information,
information about the identity document, individual taxpayer number (TIN),
insurance number of an individual personal account (SNILS),
nationality, phone number,
email address for communication, as well as other information.
In addition, the Operator collects some statistical information, for example:
- Cookie data
- user IP address;
- browser type;
- Date, time and number of visits;
- The address of the site from which the user made the transition to the Company's website;
- Location information;
- Information about visited pages, about viewing advertising banners;
- Information provided by your browser (device type, browser type and version, operating system, etc.).
6. Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data performed with or without the use of automation tools and includes, among other things:
- collection;
- record;
- systematization;
- accumulation;
- storage;
- clarification (update, change);
- extraction;
- usage;
- transfer (distribution, provision, access);
- depersonalization;
- blocking;
- removal;
- destruction.
7. Subjects of collection, processing, accounting, storage of personal data.

8. The processing of personal data may be carried out in the following cases and for the following purposes:
- Buyers who made purchases at BIOLABMIX LLC.
- Persons who filled out the questionnaire of BIOLABMIX LLC.
- Visitors or users of the BIOLABMIX LLC website
- Any individuals who, in one way or another, provide personal data to LLC
"BIOLABMIX".

10. This consent of the User is recognized as executed in a simple written form for the processing of personal data.

12. This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and can be revoked by you by submitting an application to the site administration indicating the data specified in Art. 14 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data".

The User, as the subject of personal data, has the right to demand from the Operator the clarification of his personal data, their blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take measures provided by law to protect their rights.
14. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending the appropriate order by the User in a simple written form to the address 630090, Novosibirsk Region, Novosibirsk city, Inzhenernaya street, 28.
15. BIOLABMIX LLC is not responsible for the use (both legal and illegal) by third parties of the Information posted by the User on the Site and / or provided
LLC "BIOLABMIKS", including its reproduction and distribution, carried out in all possible ways.
16. The site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its placement, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
17. This Agreement and the relationship between the user and BIOLABMIX LLC arising in connection with the application of the Agreement shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
