The DNA marker consists of 13 DNA fragments with blunt ends: 50, 100, 150, 200x2, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500x2, 600, 700, 1000, 1500. Fragments of 200 bp and 500 bp are 2 times brighter than the others to facilitate identification.
