DNA marker 1kb DNA Ladder is recommended as a standard for assessing the length and quantity of double-stranded DNA molecules from 250 to 10,000 bp in agarose gel. The DNA marker was obtained by targeted hydrolysis of plasmid DNA.
Lengths of DNA fragments:The DNA marker contains 13 DNA fragments of the following lengths (bp): 10,000, 8,000, 6,000, 5,000, 4,000, 3,000 (x2), 2,500, 2,000, 1,500, 1,000 (x2), 750, 500, 250.
Concentration:0.5 mg/ml.
Storage conditions:10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 5 mM EDTA. Store at -20°C.
